No charge is made to your credit card until your booking is
confirmed, that is, when you have secured your room reservation
by completing our Secure Online Credit Card Form or faxing it
to us duly completed and signed.
If you cancel or amend your confirmed booking anytime before
the 14 days preceding your check-in, unless stated otherwise,
a cancellation fee equal to one-day's stay shall be charged
to your credit card. If the cancellation or amendment is processed
within the said 14 days prior to check-in, the cancellation
fee varies with the hotel concerned. Unless otherwise stated,
it is 50% of your room rate for the duration of your stay.
This is the worst case, as it is our policy to try and minimize
this wherever possible.
